Claim a bounty
A step-by-step guide showing how to claim a bounty
Once the work has been completed and the council are satisfied, a council member will close the council motion related to the bounty proposal.
After the funding period has elapsed, the funds will be released.
The funding period can be found on the bounties page
The curator is now able to call claim_bounty on the bounty_id representing the closed bounty proposal.
Access Porta-UI
Navigate to Developer > Extrinsics
Choose the following:
- Extrinsic: bounties
- Function: claimBounty
- Bounty_id: <your bounty id>
You will now receive the bounty reward.
